About

Process first. Platform second. Results quickly.

Streamlining work in IT, manufacturing, finance, and engineering — then putting a face on the data so people can actually run the business.

At Ark Technology Consultants he works in EasyVista and HaloITSM, and builds custom applications with AI development tools. The through-line is workflows and integrations — connecting the systems people already use so the process actually moves.

Fourteen years in manufacturing IT, through the Altra-to-Regal Rexnord acquisition, were spent standing up enterprise service applications the business could run: an ISO 9001 quality system, customer and vendor master tracking, engineering tickets, and request workflows for other units. In 2023 that practice moved onto ServiceNow.

Before the platforms, the work was the floor: ShoreTel VoIP rollouts across domestic and European sites, SAP ERP go-lives, service desk, and network administration. Listen first. Capture the process. Integrate what already exists. Ship something sponsors can use.

EasyVista · HaloITSM

The platform that fits the process

At Ark he works in EasyVista and HaloITSM. The product is the vehicle. The job is still the same: model the process, give operators a place to run it, and keep sponsors close with something they can see working.

Integrations · Workflows

Applications that talk to each other

Tickets, master data, and handoffs should not die at a single product’s wall. Joshua builds workflows and integrations between applications — SQL sources, service platforms, and the tools the business already runs — so history stays searchable and work keeps moving.

Custom apps · AI tools

Custom applications, faster

Custom business applications built with AI development tools, on top of the same ESM discipline used for ISO 9001 quality, customer and vendor master tracking, and engineering tickets. Rapid prototypes. Real process. Integrations included, not bolted on later.
